A poised and compelling rising talent, Colbert first emerged under the name Patiohawk, gaining early attention with a self-produced album in 2017. In 2022, he reintroduced himself as Rise Carmine with the bold and sonically ambitious No Coup For Anyone, produced by Grammy-winning heavyweight Dave Schiffman (Weezer, PUP, Vampire Weekend). Now, the boundary-pushing and elusive presence is back—ready to carve his name into the modern alternative scene. Drawing inspiration from early ’90s psych and alt-rock, Colbert is crafting a new age of psychedelia. His music pays homage to past generations while reimagining those sounds for a new audience.
